By creating an account or using LitiGenie, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
LitiGenie is an AI-powered tool that analyzes deposition transcripts and generates structured summaries, contradiction analysis, evasion analysis, and impeachment materials for use by licensed attorneys. The service is intended for legal professionals only.
3. Not Legal Advice
LitiGenie is a productivity tool, not a substitute for legal judgment. All AI-generated analysis must be reviewed and verified by a licensed attorney before use. LitiGenie makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any generated analysis. You are solely responsible for how you use the output.
4. AI Output Disclaimer
LitiGenie provides AI-assisted document analysis. All output should be independently reviewed and verified by a licensed attorney. LitiGenie does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated analysis. Citations, summaries, and other AI-generated content may contain errors and should always be checked against original source materials before use in any legal proceeding.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Only upload documents you are authorized to process
- Comply with all applicable bar rules regarding use of technology in legal practice
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Keep your login credentials confidential
6. Free Tier & Paid Plans
New accounts receive a limited number of free analyses. Additional usage requires an active paid subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the documents you upload. You grant LitiGenie a limited license to process those documents solely to provide the service. The LitiGenie platform, software, and interface are the intellectual property of CFOCrew LLC.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LitiGenie is provided by CFOCrew LLC “as is” without warranties of any kind. CFOCrew LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any reliance on AI-generated analysis in legal proceedings.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
